Air Pollution Indication
The APIN shown* is the Air pollution Indication calculated from the concentrations of all the polutants. APIN goes from 1 to 5, where 1 represents better air quality and 5 represents worse air quality.
Each APIN value is asociated with one color:
- 1 = green
- 2 = green
- 3 = orange
- 4 = dark orange
- 5 = red
APIN is based on the common Air Quality Index (CAQI) but we use 1 minute average and measurements that are not equivalent to reference instrumentation.
